Orders And Shipping
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Returns And Exchanges
- We want to make shopping with us as convenient as possible for you. Items are eligible for return within 14-calendar days of delivery date. Items for return must be in new condition, unused and with tags still in place.
- Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase, minus the original shipping fee.
- You must initiate return through the Return Portal on our website.
- Returns are Free! Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Just put it on the package (original package or similar pak) and take it to the nearest Post Office.
- IMPORTANT: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POST OFFICE LOSING OR NOT PROCESSING YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ASK FOR A RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF SO THAT IN THE EVENT PACKAGE IS LOST OR MISPLACED, YOU CAN PROVIDE US WITH A COPY OF RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE SHOWING THE PACKAGE WAS HANDED OVER TO THE AGENCY.
