AVAH Return Policy

At AVAH, we want you to love everything you purchase from us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help make returns as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return your item.
  • Condition: Items should be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We can't accept returns for jewelry, bodysuits, swimsuits, intimate apparel, final sale items, or gift cards.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Visit our Return Portal on the website footer using your email address and order number.
  • Return Shipping: Returns are free! Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid USPS return shipping label. Simply print it out, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
  • IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the Post Office losing or not processing your return. We recommend asking for a receipt when you drop off your package. In the event your package is lost or misplaced, this receipt will allow us to provide you with store credit, even without the merchandise being returned.
  • Packaging: To keep everything safe on its way back to us, please use the original packaging or a similar protective package. For shoes, include the original shoe box inside an additional shipping box.

Refunds

  • Processing: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method, minus any original shipping/handling costs, once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Inspection: You’ll receive an email notification about the status of your refund after our team has reviewed your return.
  • Restocking Fee: A small $2 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund per item. This helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our products. 

    Exchanges

    • Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item. Don’t forget to mention the new purchase in your return notes.

    Damages and Issues

    • We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know right away at info@avahcollections.com, and we’ll make it right.

    Additional Tips for Returns

    • Keep Items Clean: When trying on clothes, avoid stains and keep the items in brand new condition.
    • Remove Pet Hair: Use a lint roller or tape to remove any pet hair before returning items.
    • Avoid Makeup and Perfume Transfer: Try on clothes without makeup and without perfume and/or deodorant to prevent stains and odors.
    • Do Not Remove Tags: Keep tags attached until you’re sure about keeping the item.
    • Try Shoes On Indoors: Be careful not to scuff your shoes. Try them on indoors and on a clean floor. Keep inner sole clean too.
