FAQs
- Items returned within 14 days of original shipment date in same as new condition with tags in place will be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds for returns will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase minus original shipping fee, if any, when the merchandise has been received and the return processed.
- Customer must initiate return via email: info@avahcollections.com.
- We strive to make returning pieces that don't work for you as easy as possible. Returns are Free! Once we process the return, we will send you a free USPS pre-paid label.
- Exchanges are handled the same as returns + specify product information for exchange in the email. Once we receive the return merchandise we will ship the exchange. New shipping costs will apply, but return is free.
- Shipping fees of original purchase are non-refundable.
- All clearance items are Final Sale and not refundable.
